Kale Chimichurri

Delicious Kale and Cilantro, garlic infused chimichurri that goes well in pasta, on meat, and more!

1 bunch Kale, de-stemmed
1 bunch Cilantro
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Water
Juice of 2 Limes or 1/4 Vinegar
1/4 cup Cashews, Sunflowers, or Almonds
1-3 cloves of Garlic (go with your heart on this...)
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and enjoy!
