Blackberry Basil Pizza

Enjoy a delicious garden fresh pizza with Radberry Blackberries, Sparrowhawk mushrooms, and Food For Thought Basil!!


1 Pizza Crust
1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
1 cup fresh Blackberries
Handful of Basil Leaves
1/2 cup Maitake mushrooms or Beech

Roll out your pizza dough, brush with olive oil. Evenly spread ricotta across pizza crust. Place  whole blackberries, torn basil leaves, and finely chopped maitake (or individual Beech) across cheese. Bake pizza at 425 for ten minutes or until crust is brown on bottom and crunchy.

Alternatively: this pizza would be fabulous with a sweet chicken sausage as well!!
